Tributes to Mark David after Llangeinor crash

Police have named a man who died in a road crash in Bridgend county as 41-year-old Mark David from Aberkenfig.

A 40-year-old man from the Sarn area has been released on police bail pending further investigations into the incident on the A4064 in Llangeinor.

Mr David was a passenger in a silver Renault Clio which left the road, hitting a lamppost on Monday at about 11:55 BST.

Mr David's family paid tribute to the "loving father, son and brother".

South Wales Police said the 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

Officers are appealing for witnesses.

They believe the car had travelled from the Blaengarw area.
