Quad bike crash: Man seriously injured in Tonyrefail

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man riding a quad bike suffered serious head injuries when he hit a garage wall in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

It happened at about 15:30 GMT on 19 Feb at Marshfield Court, Tonyrefail.

The 30-year-old local man is being treated at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff.

The road was closed for about two hours. Witnesses are asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
