Tributes have been paid to a man who died in a crash on the M4 at the weekend.

Joshua Hobbins, 23, from the Bridgend area, was driving a silver Toyata Avensis when it left the road.

The incident happened between junctions 36 at Sarn and 37 for Pyle at about 20:15 BST on Saturday.

In a statement, the former Swansea University student's family said he was a "wonderful, wonderful son, brother, person and all round nice guy".

They added: "His life was all mapped for him, a masters degree in mechanical engineering with a job which he loved, friends who he loved and they loved him too.

"It's all been taken away from him by a cruel, tragic accident, lost forever but ever in our hearts and minds."

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call South Wales Police on 101.

Detectives say no other vehicle was involved.
