Punters turning the air a shade of blue at south Wales pub will be asked to leave, under new rules.

Maesteg Royal British Legion Club has issued a "zero tolerance" attitude towards swearing in a bid to make the watering hole more "respectable".

"The older members took umbrage to the younger members' behaviour," club secretary David Roberts said.

"Because this behaviour is acceptable in other premises, does not make it acceptable here."
