Second man charged over crash which killed Xana Doyle

A second man has been charged in connection with a crash involving a stolen car which killed a 19-year-old woman.

Xana Doyle died after the silver Toyota Avensis ended up on its roof on Usk Way, Newport, on 9 January.

Gwent Police say a 21-year-old man has been charged with taking and driving away, and vehicle interference.

He will appear before the city's magistrates on Thursday.

Another man is due to appear at Newport Crown Court next month charged with offences including causing death by dangerous driving and drink driving.
