Police investigate unprovoked attack in Barry

Police are investigating an unprovoked attack on a man in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, at the weekend.

The male victim, in his 20s, was attacked as he walked along Clive Road at around 01:15 GMT on Saturday 28 February.

He was approached by two men and assaulted, sustaining cuts and bruises.

South Wales Police said they wanted to hear from anyone who was around the vicinity of the dock steps on Clive Road between 01:15 and 02:30 GMT.
