Lynford Brewster death: Man remanded at Cardiff Crown Court

A man accused of murder following a stabbing in Cardiff has been remanded in custody to appear at crown court.

Lynford Brewster, 29, died on 12 June in the Llanedeyrn area of the city.

Jake Whelan, 23, from Kidderminster, Worcestershire, appeared in Cardiff Magistrates' Court charged with murder.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday. Two other men have already been charged with murder and will appear before the city's crown court on 5 September.
