Two teenagers winched to safety from sea at Llantwit Major

Two teenagers who were winched to safety from the sea have been airlifted to hospital for treatment.

Two other teenagers who had been helped on to rocks by friends at Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan, were checked by paramedics.

The two rescued teenagers were taken to Cardiff's University Hospital of Wales, with one needing medical treatment.

The Coastguard was called out on Wednesday at 19:45 BST.
