Police say they will not be bringing any criminal charges following the death of a 40-year-old man at a steel products firm in Llanelli.

Pawel Pagos, a Polish national, received fatal injuries at Dyfed Steels on the Dafen Industrial Park in July.

Dyfed-Powys Police said they had completed an investigation and no criminal offences were found.

Police said the investigation had been passed to the Health and Safety Executive.

It is thought Mr Pagos, who had been an LGV fitter with the company for five years, became trapped by a lorry.

Det Insp Gary Phillips said: "Our side of the investigation has now been completed.

"No criminal offences were detected so responsibility for the joint investigation has been passed to the Health and Safety Executive."
