Three charged with arson after Carmarthen house fire
Three people have been charged following a suspicious house fire in Carmarthen on New Year's Eve.
Firefighters and police were called to the property on Llanstephan Road in Johnstown around 2135 BST.
Police said a 23-year-old man has been remanded in custody by magistrates in Llanelli on charges of arson, theft and burglary.
A 21-year-old woman and a 17-year-old male charged with arson have been released on bail.
No-one was injured in the fire. Dyfed-Powys Police are still seeking witnesses.
