Tenby cliff fall man in hospital

A 22-year-old man is in hospital after falling about 70ft (21m) from a cliff top at a resort in Pembrokeshire during the early hours of Sunday.

Dyfed-Powys Police and coastguards were called at 0330 BST to the seafront in Tenby.

They said the man was treated at the scene before being taken to Withybush Hospital in Haverfordwest.

Coastguards said he remained conscious during the rescue and his injuries were not thought to be too serious.
