Dunraven Bay rescue as four teenagers cut off by tide
Four teenagers have been winched to safety from cliffs after being cut off by the tide.
Swansea Coastguard were called after the group - all aged 17, from Cardiff - climbed 30ft (9m) up a cliff at Dunraven Bay to escape the tide.
A rescue helicopter from RAF Chivenor was called and the two boys and girls were winched aboard at about 18:25 BST on Sunday.
Coastguards reminded walkers to check tide times at all times.
Steve Jones, Swansea Coastguard watch manager, added: "We are on spring tides at the moment which means the tides are at their highest."
