M4 clear after two separate accidents near Swansea

All lanes of the M4 near Swansea have re-opened following two accidents during Wednesday morning's rush hour.

Three vehicles were involved in the first crash at 08:18 GMT closing lane two eastbound between junction 47 for Penllergaer and junction 46 for Llangyfelach.

One woman was given first aid at the scene and two more treated for shock.

Two cars were involved in another crash at 09:00 GMT on the slip road of junction 47, also heading eastbound.

Traffic Wales say the vehicles have been removed but warned that queues could still remain.
