Traffic is easing after a nine mile queue built up on the M4 near Port Talbot.

It followed an accident involving up to 11 vehicles on Thursday morning.

One lane was closed on the westbound carriageway between junction 40 for Port Talbot and junction 41 for Baglan following the incident on Thursday.

Traffic Wales say all lanes have reopened and the congestion eased by 10:45 GMT.

A lane was also closed westbound between junction 34 Miskin and junction 35 Pencoed after a two-vehicle crash, but has since re-opened.
