Man killed in Pembroke Dock port fall named as Stephen John Greenaway

A construction worker who died after falling from machinery at Pembroke Dock port has been named.

Stephen John Greenaway, 50, from Telford, died on 4 June following the incident on a slipway at Mustang Marine.

He suffered multiple injuries and was flown by an air ambulance to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff where he later died.

Dyfed-Powys Police is leading the investigation.

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is also investigating.
