Girl, three, stable after collision with vehicle near Kidwelly

A three-year-old girl is in a stable condition in hospital after a collision with a vehicle which had rolled back.

The girl was taken to Morriston Hospital in Swansea in a critical condition following the incident in Trimsaran, Carmarthenshire, on Thursday at 11:50 GMT.

Her condition has improved and she has been transferred to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.

The road was reopened after being closed following the incident.

Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing witnesses to call them on 101.
