A watchdog will not investigate South Wales Police over a crash which killed two men.

Patrick Casey, 27, and Martin Casey, 17, from Leicestershire, died when a black Ford Focus crashed into a wall in Briton Ferry, Neath Port Talbot, on 13 September.

Officers had been searching for them.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission said it had "carefully" assessed the case and ruled out an inquiry.

Police have appealed for witnesses to call 101.
