Probe into Singleton Hospital patients' low blood sugar
An investigation is under way at a Swansea hospital after two patients experienced "unexplained" low blood sugar.
Abertawe Bro Morgannwg health board said additional security measures have been put in place at Singleton Hospital as a precaution following the incidents - but would not give more details.
Both the health board and South Wales Police are investigating.
The two patients have made a full recovery and have been discharged home.
The health board said there was currently no evidence that any other patients have been affected.
"The health board is cooperating fully with South Wales Police, and because of the ongoing investigation, is not able to comment further at present," a spokeswoman added.
A South Wales Police spokesman said: "The matter has been referred to South Wales Police by AMBU Health Board and enquiries are continuing."
