Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is regarded by many as the clown prince of politics, best known for his bunga-bunga parties and outrageous comments. In Italy he is loathed by millions, but many others regard him as a kind of lost prince, a saviour who can redeem their country from awful ordinary politicians.
