Typhoon Haiyan: First aid ship docks in Tacloban

The Philippine government has promised that it will reach all its citizens and provide help to everyone affected by Typhoon Haiyan.

In response to mounting criticism, authorities in the country say they have been overwhelmed by the devastation caused by the typhoon.

Jon Donnison reports from Tacloban where thousands of people are trying to leave the city.
