Queen's Baton Relay: Samoa's rugby brotherhood

3 December 2013 Last updated at 12:36 GMT

Samoan rugby players have a fierce reputation for their physical strength and skills on the pitch, but family values and brotherhood lie at the core of their team's power.

Queen's Baton Relay presenter Mark Beaumont joined the Samoa's rugby sevens team for a training session during the baton's stay in the country.

Head Coach Viliamu Punivalu hopes this strong bond can help the team claim their first ever Commonwealth medal in Glasgow next year.

Mark is invited in to help the players prepare a traditional Sunday feast.
