The South Sudan doctor who took up farming to feed his patients

South Sudanese doctor Joseph Gama went the extra mile to help his people and became a farmer.

"The high cases of malnutrition that I see during my medical practices prompted me to open my farm," he told BBC Africa.

However, in a country that has very little in the way of infrastructure, his endeavour is proving an uphill struggle.
