Clinton: 'I don't know' about 2016 presidential race

The former US President Bill Clinton has just completed a tour of several African countries, visiting projects where his charitable foundation works.

The BBC's Komla Dumor caught up with him in Tanzania where they talked about how to solve Africa's problems and whether there might be another Clinton presidential campaign on the horizon.
