'Nyambo' - Malawi's answer to hip-hop

Hip-hop is a musical genre that crosses continents but is interpreted in many different forms.

David Kalilani - a university graduate in Malawi - is one artist who has created his own style, called Nyambo.

His latest album, 'Exodus: The Preview', has already won him a nomination at the Africa Gospel Music Awards in London.

Focus on Africa's Anne Soy caught up with him in Malawi's capital, Lilongwe, to learn more about Nyambo.
