23 September 2013 Last updated at 12:26 BST

Black smoke has been seen rising from a Kenyan shopping mall which has been under attack from Islamist militants since Saturday.

Explosions and gunfire have been heard on Monday, as Kenyan military forces try to bring the situation at Nairobi's Westgate shopping centre to an end.

At least 69 people are known to have been killed so far, and between 10 and 15 attackers are still inside.

Komla Dumor reports from Nairobi.
