China boosts party membership


China's ruling Communist Party will later this week unveil a new set of leaders.

Economic reforms have transformed China into the world's second-largest economy. But its 1.3 billion population and continental size mean the problems these new leaders face are still daunting.

John Sudworth reports from Beijing on what life is like for the 82 million members of the world's biggest political party.
