A court in Pakistan has dropped a controversial blasphemy case against a Christian girl accused by her neighbour of burning pages from the Koran.

The High Court in Islamabad threw out all charges against Rimsha, who doctors said had a younger mental age than her 14 years, citing lack of evidence.

Tahir Abdullah, a human rights activist said the family will "never be able to go back to their community" because "someone may be lying in wait for them".
