Koreas agree Kaesong industrial zone restart date

Operations are set to resume at a jointly-run industrial site inside North Korea.

The complex which is based in the town of Kaesong, several kilometres North of the border, brings together South Korean manufacturers and North Korean labour.

The site suspended in April, during high tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
