28 September 2013 Last updated at 23:09 BST

A second earthquake has struck a remote part of Balochistan province in south-west Pakistan.

The 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck in a region where at least 400 people died in a quake earlier this week.

But four days later, aid has still not reached many of the worst affected areas.

Aleem Maqbool reports.
