3 October 2013 Last updated at 01:42 BST

Authorities in Pakistan are still struggling to deliver aid to people affected by last month's earthquake in Balochistan.

More than 470 people were killed and hundreds of thousands left homeless after the 7.7-magnitude earthquake.

A powerful aftershock dealt a second blow to the same area four days later.
