Japan braced for Typhoon Francisco's arrival

Vulnerable residents on the Japanese island of Izu Oshima have been evacuated to the mainland ahead of the arrival of Typhoon Francisco.

It will be the second major storm to hit the area this month, where emergency teams are still dealing with the devastation caused by Typhoon Wipha.
