Philippines typhoon: Eye of the storm explained

Broadcast meteorologist Tomasz Schafernaker looks at why the Philippines is one of the most typhoon-battered countries.

It is feared that Typhoon Haiyan has killed up to 10,000 people and has displaced hundreds of thousands more.
