India diplomat father: US treated her 'inhumanly'

An Indian diplomat whose arrest in the United States last month caused a rift between the countries, is flying back to India after the US authorities asked her to leave.

Devyani Khobragade was charged with visa fraud and lying about how much she paid her maid before she left. She denies the charges.

Speaking in India her father, Uttam Khobragade, insisted she had been unfairly treated.
