27 February 2014 Last updated at 20:09 GMT

Indian electro-sarangi duo Adi and Suhail are independently successful musicians, who will release their much-awaited first album as a duo in April 2014.

Suhail Yusuf Khan is an eighth generation sarangi player, nephew of sarangi maestro Ustad Kamal Sabri, and grandson of the great Ustad Sabri Khan who performed with violinist Yehudi Menuhin and the Beatles.

Suhail follows in his grandfather's footsteps in enjoying playing a wide range of music, including folk, rock and trip-hop.

Aditya Balani - a versatile guitarist and composer - studied music at Berklee College of Music in the US.

He also leads the Aditya Balani Group, a cinematic word-jazz ensemble featuring musicians from across the globe.

Adi & Suhail are part of India's growing independent music scene and recently received exposure across India when they performed on the popular MTV show Coke Studio Sessions.
