Thousands gather for Hong Kong protest

Organisers of a pro-democracy protest are hoping more than half a million people will attend a rally in Hong Kong on Tuesday.

Organisers said the annual gathering, which marks the day Hong Kong was returned to China in 1997, will focus on pressuring Beijing for full electoral freedom.
