Dramatic rescues in China floods

Mudslides and floods have killed more than 1,500 people across China in recent months.

As the latest pictures show, even the rescuers themselves are struggling to cope with the force of the water.

More than 60 people are missing after a landslide triggered by days of heavy rain swept through a town in south-western China.

The mudslides in Gansu and Yunnan are the latest in a series of weather-related disasters after unusually heavy summer rains.
