A kangaroo on the loose in a car park at Melbourne Airport has been captured by wildlife officers.

Police and security chased the three-year-old male eastern grey before he was sedated with a tranquilizer gun by wildlife officers.

Australian TV reported that the kangaroo will be kept in captivity and observed by a vet until it is ready to be released into the wild.
