Irish airline Aer Lingus has repeated a call to shareholders to reject a Ryanair bid for the company.

Aer Lingus says the 694m euro offer undervalues the company.

Ryanair has asked European regulators to approve the bid.

Two previous Ryanair offers were rejected by the European Commission.
