Banks in Cyprus have reopened after a two-week closure sparked by discussions over an EU-IMF bailout, amid tension over possible large scale withdrawals.

BBC Newsnight's Paul Mason assesses whether bank customers' relative stoicism will last, as the extent of the banking crisis becomes known.
