Vladimir Putin gets Kremlin helipad to ease congestion

Help

President Vladimir Putin will now commute by helicopter from his country residence, meaning police will not have to close the city's roads to keep the presidential cavalcade moving.

Steve Rosenberg reports from Moscow.
