Huge heroin haul seized at Rosslare

Heroin worth almost 1.54m euros (£1.33m) has been seized by customs officers at Rosslare in the Irish Republic.

A sniffer dog detected drugs in the vehicle which had disembarked from a ferry arriving from France.

Ten kilograms of heroin was found concealed in a jeep after it was scanned by the customs x-ray scanner,

A Dutch man in his 60s has been arrested.
