Sales of Turkish arms rise amid tensions in Middle East

The value of arms exports from Turkey has risen tenfold over the past decade.

Newly-designed tanks and helicopters are sold mostly to Middle Eastern governments.

But what guarantees are there that weapons they have sold to powers such as Egypt and Bahrain will not be used on civilian populations?
