British businessman on EU red tape 'mountain'

UK Prime Minister David Cameron and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso have both said they want to cut the amount of regulation facing businesses.

Mr Cameron suggests firms cannot take full advantage of the EU single market because of "burdensome, costly regulations".

Entrepreneur Roger George employs 24 people at his shop in Brussels, which sells British goods. He says red tape is a constant drain on his business.
