Man held over Wexford death released without charge

Irish police have released a man they were questioning in connection with the death of a man at a house in County Wexford on Christmas Eve.

The body of a man in his 40s was discovered at a house at Ballinatray Lower, Courtown, at about 23:55 GMT on Tuesday.

A second man in his 40s was taken to hospital. He was later arrested but has now been freed without charge.

A post mortem examination is due to be carried out on Thursday.
