Ukraine conflict: Turchynov appeals to Putin

Acting Ukrainian President Oleksander Turchynov has called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to withdraw troops from Crimea.

In a TV address, he appealed to Moscow to "immediately stop provoking us."

It comes amid unconfirmed reports that Russian planes have flown hundreds of troops into the region.
