Bulgaria floods cause chaos killing at least 10

Heavy floods have hit eastern Bulgaria, killing at least 10 people and causing severe damage to several cities.

Forecasters said that the equivalent of a month's worth of rain fell in the regions of Varna and Burgas over the last 24 hours.
