In Russia, an investigation into the devastating crash on the Moscow metro on Tuesday is under way. At least 22 people died and more than 160 were injured when a train derailed during morning rush hour.

Officials say that both the tracks and the train had undergone all scheduled technical checks. However, the tragedy has prompted discussions about the maintenance of the world's fourth most heavily used underground.

Sergey is a train driver who has been working on the Moscow metro for six years. He told the BBC what he thinks about its general condition.
