Missing Dublin man found dead in County Meath

Irish police have launched an investigation after the body of a missing man was found in County Meath.

The body was discovered in a field at Ballymacan, near Collon.

The man, who was originally from Coolock, in Dublin, went missing in Drogheda, County Louth.

It is believed the man may have been shot. The police said they are investigating the circumstances leading up to the man's death.
