Men die in work accidents in Wexford and Roscommon
The Irish Health and Safety Authority has launched two separate investigations after two men died in work-related accidents on Friday.
A man in his 50s died after he fell into a storage unit at a farm in Cooladine, Enniscorthy, County Wexford, at about 09:00 GMT.
Police and the Health and Safety Authority are carrying out separate investigations.
Just over an hour later a man in his 60s died in Roscommon.
He became trapped under a load of steel at a factory at Ballaghdareen.
He was airlifted to University Hospital Galway, but died of his injuries.
