Guernsey driving theory test costs to rise

The cost of sitting a driving theory test in Guernsey will rise in July, the Environment Department has announced.

A department spokesman said the increase was due to higher administration costs after the length of the tests were increased in October.

He said the higher costs needed to be passed on.

The current fee for all tests is £30, but this will rise to £35 for a motorcycle or a car and £50 for a goods or passenger vehicle test.
